Yantai TianHe Molding Plastics Co. LTD was built in 2006. It is established on the base of YanTai I.K. Mold company and the stock is joint by Yantai TianLong Molding Plastics Co. LTD and Japanese S.I.E. company. The registered fund is 1200,000 USD. The main products are designing and producing middle and small size Precise Plastic and cold pressing molds and plastic parts in Timepiece, Camera,some Family electric Appliance, Automobile field and office-automation equipment etc.
    The covering area is 22,000 square meters, the building area is 8,600 square meters. There are CNC milling machines CINCINNATI U.S.A, precise jig-grinder MOOR U.S.A, NC milling machine Switzerland MIKRON, EDM AGIE, Slow moving Wire Cut, DEA Italy, Three Dimension coordinates measuring machine, some other precise manufacturing and measuring machines and 60 sets injection machines.
There are 120 staffs including 50 engineers and technicians, about 40 percent of the total staffs. We use CAD,CAE, CAM technique, the excellent designers and outstanding Japanese mold technique cooperate very well with fine manufacturing and measuring machines, it owns more powerful capacities of mold designing and producing.
    We gained the trust of the customers of Japan, Germany, Israel and a lot of national customers, we have produced thousands of plastic molds and hundreds of cold press molds. A lot of customers became long time cooperative partners of our company like MINOLTA Camera, MINOLTA Duplicating Machine, SHARP Duplicating Machine, MITSUBISHI Air Condition, RICOH Facsimile, RICOH Duplicating Machine, PANASONIC VCD, PANASONIC Microwave Oven, FUJI Camera, ALPS Tele-controller, HITACHI Washing Machine, TOTO Clean Ceramics, TOSHIBA Tea Service, BRAUN Shaver, PHOENIX Contact, FAW-VOLKSWAGEN, HUF Car Lock etc.
    We have built the Quality Management System according to GB/T 19001 idt ISO9000(2000 edition) and we have past it.
